kindly provided this delicious recipe which has long
proved a popular favourite with fortunate guests enjoying the luxury
facilities of this five-star Kenya North Coast holiday destination.

INGREDIENTS:
[for four persons you will need]
-
500g shelled King Prawns
-
half a tea spoon of mustard seeds
-
ten curry leaves
-
half a can of coconut milk
-
one tomato cubed
-
one inch of ginger (thin strips)
-
green chilies (split and seeds removed)
Preparation time - ten
minutes
Method
-
Pour some corn oil onto a pan.
-
Add mustard seeds, green chilies and ginger.
-
Pour in the coconut milk.
-
Cook for two minutes then add in the prawns.
-
Leave to cook then add tomatoes and season.
