Super
Yummy, Low-Calorie,
Heart-Healthy, Bean Soup

"This
is such a Super Yummy, Low-Calorie, Heart-Healthy,
ten-minute Bean Soup.
"I made this today for lunch -
ten minutes - my own recipe -
absolutely delicious if I say so myself - grin - so
I thought I'd share it!" :-)

INGREDIENTS:
(Serves:
for two people)
-
one very large leek or two medium leeks (Chopped)
-
four large cloves of garlic (Chopped)
-
one tea spoon of butter or two table spoons of
olive oil
- (I used butter, just a little for the
taste)
-
one can of white beans
-
two table spoons Thyme
-
two cups of chicken or vegetable stock
-
one and a half cups of white wine
-
half a cup of milk
.
PREPARATION:
-
Saute the leeks and the garlic in the oil [or
butter] until soft.
-
Add the stock, beans and thyme, and boil for about
five minutes.
-
Add the white wine and boil for three minutes to
boil out the alcohol
-
Remove from the heat and add the milk.

Add [if needed] some salt and pepper to taste
