Lions Mombasa Bahari’s Service Activity in
Takaungu - On Sunday 4th November 2018 as part of our
Service Activity we feed 200 children from a Madrassa in
Takaungu in Kilifi County. The ‘pilau’ (Swahili rice
dish) with salad and tamarind juice was prepared by the
local ladies. This activity was conducted by Club
President Lion Zainul Dar who was assisted by Imtiaz
Ganiwalla. This activity was sponsored by the Club
President and his family together with Adnaan Ganiwalla
and family, Zainul Saigar (both from Canada) and Dr.
As part of his first ever trip to Africa Grundfos
Group CEO Mads Nipper recently visited Davis & Shirtliff
(D&S) and met the management team. After a tour of the
HO premises he joined a general discussion that focused
on general strategy to develop the Grundfos business.
