A blind lady Caroline Odipo was accorded a sewing
machine by Lions Club of Mombasa Pwani ladies.
Her elder son will use it to derive
income for the family.
Lions Club of Mombasa Pwani’s major
activity for August was to Shimo Main Borstal Institution.
800 meters of cloth worth K.Shs.
132,000/-, was donated by Lion Ketki Shah to Borstal Juvenile
Lion Meena Gohil, Lion Lady Arti, Lion Kalpana Aggarwal,
Lion Lady Madhvi Shah, Lion Lady Kirti Shah, Lion Lady
Hemali, Ladies Auxiliary Convenor Lion Lady Chandrika
with ACP Superintendent Mr. Adero and Ladies Auxiliary
Convenor Lion Ketki Shah with Co-ordinator Vinod Dattani.
Uniforms for 400 boys will be

Thirdly, the Tuliza Community are
opening a school for one hundred street children were given
stationery worth 13,000/-

Four wheelchairs for their disabled
