Zanzibar President Ali Mohamed Shein on Sunday
assured local and foreign investors wishing to do business in
the islands of its full support.
“My government will
create an enabling environment for local and international
companies to fulfill their investment ambitions without
obstacles,” he said.

management of the Dubai-based Privinvest and Advanced Marine
Transport (AMT) Companies, Shein said the government will remove
all obstacles that hinder investors from investing in the
islands, located 32 km east of Tanzania mainland off the Indian

companies have real intention to invest in Zanzibar, pledging
significant cooperation with the government.

commissioning and operation of natural gas and oil
