NAIROBI (Xinhua) --
Kenya customs officials said Tuesday that they
seized a 2.5-kg haul of cocaine from a Venezuelan national at
the country’s main airport on Christmas day.
Authority (KRA) said in a statement that officers seized the
drugs during a routine passenger search at the Jomo Kenyatta
International Airport (JKIA).

Customs and Border Control Commissioner, said the narcotic
substance had been carefully sealed in a false bottom slot on
the Venezuelan national’s suitcase.

suspect had arrived at JKIA aboard an Ethiopian Airlines flight
