Thika United FC midfielder Said Tsuma was on
Tuesday called up to the Kenyan national team Harambee Stars
provisional squad ahead of the 2017 CECAFA Senior Challenge
Cup, a regional tourney.
replaces Gor Mahia FC’s Kenneth Muguna who has been ruled out
due to injury, becoming the second player from the local
Premier League champions to miss the regional showpiece after
defender Harun Shakava.
Stars, under the
tutelage of new coach Paul Put, reported camp on Sunday and
will take on past Cecafa champions, Rwanda in their Group A
opener on Sunday.
