LUSAKA, (Xinhua) --
Zambia commemorated the International Women’s Day on
Wednesday, with a pledge by President Edgar Lungu to
ensure equality between men and women.
At the main
event held in Lusaka, Lungu appreciated the significant
contribution that women made for the country, adding
that women are capable of doing much better if
challenges they faced are minimized.
