Nineteen teams include in the National Soccer eague Fixture

Coastweek-- Football Kenya Federation has released the full fixture for the second tier FKF National Super League scheduled to kick off tomorrow, March 4.

According to a copy of this fixture sent to the clubs by the FKF Competitions Manager, Frank Ogolla, a total of 19 teams have been included in the NSL fixture with two slots yet to be decided due to the impasse between Football Kenya Federation (FKF) and Kenya Premier League (KPL) Company.

The two unidentified clubs appear as Team X and Team Y on the fixture.

The two slots could either be of Sofapaka and Muhoroni Youth who are contesting the decision by the federation to relegate them for failure to comply with club licensing requirement.

Or the clubs maybe Vihiga United and KCB, that have been promoted, by the federation to replace Sofapaka and Muhoroni Youth.

The Sports Dispute Tribunal (SDT) is yet to make a ruling on the petition filed by Sofapaka and Muhoroni Youth challenging the decision by the federation to demote them to the second tier league.

On March 4, there will be a total of four matches.

Nakuru All Stars will host the newly promoted Kibera Black Stars at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru, Administration Police will take on Bidco United at Machakos, and Agro Chemical will clash with Kenya Police at Kisumu while Isibania will play an opponent yet to be identified.

The two best teams in the NSL will earn promotion to the KPL in the 2018 league season.

Meanwhile, the Fkf Kwale Maisha County Mini-league kicks off tomorrow at Mzimuni and Diani Babla ground.

A total of eight teams will feature for the two-day event whose winner will qualify and earn promotion to the FKF South Coast Branch League 2017 season.

The teams are Dumna, Eleven Stars, GFC Rangers, Kasemeni Ward, Kwale Combined, Real Junior, Schalke-04 and Waa Stars. The mini-league will be played on knock out basis with winners to qualifying to the semi-finals.

At Diani Babla ground, Waa Stars will lock horns with Dumna at 9 a.m. while Schalke-04 will face Kasemeni at 3 p.m.
