NAIROBI (Xinhua) --
Kenyan police said Monday they have launched a
manhunt for a wanted terror suspect who escaped a dragnet at his
house in the coastal city of Mombasa.
Police spokesman George Kinoti said
the terror suspect slipped through a side door when the security
officers raided his house in Majengo residential estate in

He said a laptop and 15 mobile phones

The incident comes after the police in
December released names and pictures of 11 terror suspects they
believe are planning attacks in the country during the festive

The police said some of the 11
suspects have been trained on terrorism by Al-Shabaab militants
in Somalia and are at large and planning terrorism at
undisclosed places in Kenya.
